If you’re not on Twitter, you might not know that #DonTheCon has been releasing White House video ‘shorts,’ like this one, and this one, for just a couple of examples. Yes, folks, this is what the current President of the United States calls “speaking directly to the American people.” I call it propaganda. Ta-may-toe, ta-mah-toe, you know. 

At any rate, these video shorts are an embarrassment to our nation. Also, that they even exist is a pretty sad commentary because I’m fairly certain these recorded statements (which are intentionally kept short, I’m sure) are the only way the #SnakeOilSalesman can do a ‘press conference’ substitute for which he doesn’t veer off-script. The missing audience and paid claqueurs keep him from straying. Those, and, you know… the short script.

I thought maybe I could at least make the videos a bit more accurate, so I spent a lazy Saturday morning fixing one up for him. Here ya go. (Narration throughout video with snarky commentary by yours truly).
